Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review your selected package before completing payment.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscriptions may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not materially used the hosted service. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.
